Refund Policy

Our approach

We want you to be happy with your server. If something's wrong on our end, tell us, we'll try to make it right before you need to ask for a refund.

EU/EEA consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer based in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law.

Important: because game server hosting is a service that begins immediately (your server is provisioned right after payment), by completing checkout you're asking us to start the Service straight away and acknowledging that:

• If you cancel within the 14-day window before your server has been provisioned or meaningfully used, you're entitled to a full refund.
• If you cancel within the 14-day window after the Service has started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already supplied up to the point you told us you wanted to cancel.

Outside the 14-day window

After the initial 14-day period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, extended unresolved downtime that was our fault).

How to request a refund

Email support@drakkon-hosting.com or reach us on Discord with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us directly first, we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, and an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your account.
