Drakkon Hosting is operated by Eoin Kennedy, trading as Drakkon Hosting, a sole trader based in Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and game server hosting services (the "Services").
By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
We provide game server hosting (Minecraft, Palworld, and other games as listed on our site) accessed through a control panel, along with related infrastructure and support.
We may add, remove, or change games, plans, features, or pricing at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes affecting active subscriptions where practical.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for all activity on your account, including anything done by anyone you share access with (such as subusers on your server).
Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) via our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically for each billing period until you cancel.
Prices are shown in EUR and may change with notice before your next billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund the current period unless our Refund Policy applies.

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, except where required by law.
We provide backup features as described on our plans, but you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of anything irreplaceable. We are not liable for data loss, including loss caused by server issues, account termination, or user error.
We may suspend or terminate your service for breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or where required by law. You may cancel at any time as described above.
Upon termination, we may delete server data after a reasonable grace period. If you need extra time to retrieve data, contact us before cancelling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drakkon Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
